About Chez Max

Max (guiltygourmet) is a graduate of Middlebury College in Vermont, now finishing up culinary school at the French Culinary Institute in New York City. Recently, Max competed in the Pellegrino Almost Famous Chef competition. He is also a runner. At Chez Max you can read restaurant reviews and stories of cooking and experimentation in Vermont, New York and California.
